Tom Creedon

Tom Creedon is the Director of Human Resources (HR) for Carelon Global Solutions in Ireland. He focuses on building a value-based, inclusive culture. Tom brings decades of senior HR leadership experience at global technology companies to his role, and has expertise in HR management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, HR transformation, change management consulting, employee-labor relations, and executive coaching.
Tom holds a master's in HR and change management. He is a fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and of the Irish Institute of Training and Development.
