Helene Dingreville | Carelon Global Solutions Ireland

Helene Dingreville is Senior Director of Data Science and AI at Carelon Global Solutions, focusing on empowering her diverse team to deliver digital innovations that improve health through advanced analytics and AI. Helene leads all work in data science, data engineering, data analysis, and AI in Ireland. Previously, she was Head of Decision Sciences for EY.

Helene’s areas of expertise are digital twinning, optimisation, operational research, and crisis modelling. She holds a degree in mathematics for management as well as a master’s degree in operational research and decision sciences from London School of Economics.

As a leader, Helene works to ensure her teams have a comfortable work-life balance and access to career growth. Outside of work, she enjoys activities with her four children and visiting family in France.
